Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

All persons may purchase tickets. However, Staff and Board members of CHHA-NL and their immediate family (defined as spouse and children residing with them) are not eligible to claim/win any prizes.

Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority of Services NL, Consumer Affairs Division, Government of Newfound land and Labrador, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

We “CHHA-NL” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchases and also retain the right to use such for any and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period of time. CHHA-NL does adhere to PIPEDA.

All disputes will be settled by “The Board” of “CHHA-NL”, all decisions are final.

Our “CHHA-NL” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. CH HA-NL will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.

The seller is the person/organization/agency who actually sells the ticket, and their name must be written on the ticket stub in the appro priate space.

Ultimate 50/50 Extra can only be purchased online/phone-in or order form and only in addition to initial ticket purchase. These purchases have the following options available only per ticket: One (1) 50/50 Chance for $10.00 or Three (3) 50/50 Chances for $25.00 or Five (5) Chances for $40.00 or No (50/50) option for each ticket purchased. Either or none of these options must be selected at time of initial ticket purchased. Each Ticket for the Ultimate Dream Home 30 has a maximum of up to five (5) 50/50 chances per ticket. This Draw will take place on Wednesday, February 15th, 2017 immediately following the drawing of The Ultimate Dream Home Prizes. Limited Number of 65,000 Tickets (325,000 Chances) available for a Potential Maximum Jackpot of $2,600,000.00. The Winner would receive 50% of the Jackpot collected.

The Home located at 4 Tansley Street, St. John's, NL from ERCO Homes. Approximate value 659,000.00 or cash option of $450,000.00 from ERCO Homes. If cash option is exercised, ownership of home is transferred to ERCO Homes.

Home Furnishings, Appliances and Decorating from Cohen's Home Furnishings Limited. Approximate value $43,000.00. No cash value.

Window Treatments from Budget Blinds. Approximate Value of $8,000.00. To be accepted as offered and as presented on display at the location of The Ultimate Dream Home, 4 Tansley Street, St. John's, NL. There are no substitutions or cash value.

Home Insurance Package from Cal LeGrow Financial. Package includes a home insurance policy for one year up to a value of $1,000.00. Policy has a $1,000.00 deductible and can only be applied to the home at 4 Tansley Street, St. John's, NL and must be occupied by the winner. Should the home not be occupied by the winner, a Cash Prize option of $750.00 will be offered in the form of a cheque in the winner's name.

Ladies Clothing from Sharingtons valued at $1,000.00 in the form of Gift Certificates. No cash value.

Men's Clothing from Byron's Clothing for Men valued at $1,000.00 in the form of Gift Certificates. No cash value.
